From the land of tequila to the land of the dreams.

I was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, the second largest city

of the country; a big city with the soul of a small town.

I found out since I was a kid that I'm the kind of person who

falls in love with the little things of life and always try to find

the extraordinary in ordinary things.  

My biggest passion in life is art; I'm a strong believer of the fact that if you see

beyond the surface, there's art everywhere.

Film, writing and photography are the instruments my soul found to express the

living revolution inside my self.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

FICG

Public Relations Department: Assistant Director at the Guadalajara International Film Festival (FICG) for two years.

CORAZÓN ANIMAL (TV SHOW)

Production Assistant and screenwriter for  television spots and commercials.

Education

I have a degree in Mass Communication and Television Production from Universidad del Valle de Mexico and I'm currently doing my Master in Arts at The New York Film Academy in Los Angeles (Emphasis in Directing and Screenwriting). Through the years I've dabbled in advertising, public relations, photography and audiovisual production, just to realize that I´m completely in love with screenwriting and film.

Art in general is definitely something I could not live without, it's the only thing that feeds my soul.

I really think Bukowski nailed it in this poem. We should put a fight for what we love and pursue our dreams, there is nothing worst than living doing something that makes you miserable. I try to live under this philosophy all the time.
